Pizza and process
- What style of pizza does Serious Slice make?
- We make Neapolitan-style pizza with a raised, lightly blistered edge and a softer centre. Every base is stretched by hand and baked quickly over wood.
- Is the pizza made with sourdough?
- Yes. Our pizza dough is made in-house and fermented for 72 hours before it reaches the oven.
- Why does the dough ferment for 72 hours?
- The slow fermentation gives the dough time to develop flavour, lift and character. We do not make medical or digestive claims about the process.
- How hot is the wood-fired oven?
- Our pizzas are baked over wood at approximately 380 to 400°C.
- What is panuozzo?
- Panuozzo is a wood-fired sourdough sandwich. It uses pizza dough, baked and filled for a crisp exterior and soft centre.
Menus and dining
- Which Serious Slice serves wine?
- Indiranagar serves wine by the glass and bottle, along with cocktails. The current outlet menus are available on our Menu page.
- Do you have vegetarian options?
- Yes. Each outlet menu includes vegetarian dishes across pizza, pasta and plates for the table.
- How should I tell the restaurant about an allergy?
- Add the details to your reservation request and tell the team again before ordering. Our kitchens handle common allergens, so cross-contact cannot be ruled out. Please speak to the team before choosing a dish.
- Are walk-ins welcome?
- Yes, walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. For busy evenings and larger groups, we recommend requesting a table in advance.
- How do I arrange a table for nine or more guests?
- Start a reservation request and select the large-party option, or contact the outlet through WhatsApp so the team can arrange the details with you.
Locations and delivery
- Which outlets offer delivery?
- Cunningham Road delivers through Swiggy. RR Nagar delivers through Swiggy and Zomato. Indiranagar is currently dine-in only.
- Is parking available?
- Valet parking is available at Indiranagar and RR Nagar. Paid parking is available within the Cunningham Road building.
- What are the restaurant hours?
